ERICSSON VACANCIES POSITION/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE: (1) Customer Project Manager; A degree in Civil Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent, Ability to cooperate with other Managers, employees and sub-contractors. (2) Q-Process Manager (3) Site Acquisition & Civil Works Manager; A degree in Civil Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent Have a minimum of 5 years experience in Site Acquisition. Good knowledge in Towers, Shelters, Generators and civil works; management background in the telecommunication industry preferably in the SA & CW operation. Must be fluent in written and spoken English. (4) Project Implementation Manager; A university degree or equivalent qualification and a minimum of 2 years experience in the telecommunication industry. Good administrative capability and excellent organizational skills. (5) IE Site Engineer; A university degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent 1- 3 years experience in SE related activities or relevant experience in an engineering or installation environment, Experience in conducting site visits (Site Investigation) for telecommunication equipment, Experience in the creation of site-specific documentation (Site Installation Documentation) for implementation projects and be familiar with the service delivery and site engineering process. (6) BTS Coordinating: i. Regional Site BTS Coordinator ii. TRM Coordinator iii. BTS Site Installation Supervisors/Q-Audit iv. TX Site Installation Supervisors/Q-Audit A university degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and at least 3 years experience in the field of telecommunications civil works. (7) Core Implementation: i. Regional Site MSC Coordinator ii. MSC/BSC Tester iii. MSC/BSC Integrator/commissioning Engineers iv. DT Engineers v. SGSN/GPRS/MPBN/GGSN Engineers ( Design Manager; University degree or technical college qualification in relevant technical discipline. At least 5 years experience in radio network design, preferably with Ericsson. Experience in management on an international level. (9) Site Supervisor; Experience in Civil Engineering and at least three years experience in the field of telecommunications civil works, Good technical knowledge in Tower . and site development (10) Project Manager; University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Project management skills acquired through training, project management experience or other experience of using project management methods. Experiences related to project management techniques and tools, such as project planning and financial control. Knowledge of languages. (11) Radio Network Design Engineer; University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. At least 4 years experience in telecommunications, i.e. system design or dimensioning, function or system Test, installation and Commissioning and 2 years experience in Ericsson radio network design & performance improvement services delivery. Good knowledge and sales experience of the Ericsson radio network design and performance improvement service portfolio. Knowledge of mobile systems including factors affecting system performance. Knowledge of market trends & subscriber behaviour regulations and their effect on operators' business. 12) Transmission Network Design Engineer; University or equivalent qualification in Electrical/Electronics or Telecommunication Engineering in related disciplined and at least 2 years working experience in the field of transmission. (13) Core Implementation Engineer (14) Operations Manager; university degree at Master of Science level. At least 10 years of project and programme management experience in customer projects environment. Familiarity with the Ericsson supply process and ordering systems. An extensive contact network within the Ericsson organisation. (15) Programme Manager; Bachelors degree preferably in a science, business or telecommunications discipline, years of progressive experience in a related field. Professional project management certification [PMP] from PMI or IPMA level C Certification, Have a minimum of 6 years in project management, and/or related functional role in a project environment for a communication systems company. Working knowledge of years experience in project management, and/or related functional role in a project business process, including tender and sales, strong skills and knowledge in use of computer, telecommunications products and strong financial knowledge/training, (16) Process, Acceptable and Document Responsible (17) Contract Manager; A degree in Civil Engineering and Business Administration. must have civil works contract management skills, management and project management skills and working knowledge of English Language. (18) Manager, Delivery and Systems Integration; BSc in Electrical engineering or equivalent, minimum of 10 years of Telecom experience, Knowledge about our competitor's services within the area of responsibility, Experience in designing and dimensioning systems architectures. Understanding of different technical domain like Revenue management, Service layer, Telecom Management and Enterprise on a working level. Strong analytical capabilities, 3 years of managerial experience, at least 2 years in Ericsson environment Proven track record as team lead/Manager. (19) Senior Civil Works Manager with extensive experience in SAQ. (20) Solution Architects; A University degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical/ Electronics or Telecommunication or Computer Science in related discipline. Knowledge of Microsoft office package and configuration/pricing and design tools such as Mcom Verdi, ECP, Cmex, Candi, etc, At least 3 years in the mobile system network environment. (21) Regional Head, Multi Media and Systems Integration; B.Eng in Electrica Engineering or equivalent, minimum of 10 years of Telecomm experience, knowledge about our competitors within the area of responsibility, thorough understanding of multimedia and Sl portfolio, computer literacy. (22) Business Analyst; University degree in business administration, marketing or similar field, Good knowledge and experience in the area of business strategy and planning, marketing and service development, customer and revenue management or process and organizational development. Proven capability to support consultative sales and identify new sales opportunities within existing projects, ability to construct financial models.
